Digital Arts

Teacher Creature

When I was first introduced to the idea of the teacher creature it seemed quite strange but after doing it for awhile I have found it to be fun. It gave me the ability to get introduced to a photoshop and I picked up quite quicky. By the end of the project I was teaching other students how to use the program. I think the final product turned out grate and can't wait to do it again.

Artist statement

When I started on this project I did not know what movie to choose but remembered the movie “Monty python and the holy grail.” It seemed like a good movie to choose from because I thought it was funny and fit the school's culture.

When I was choosing teachers I tried to find the ones that were the most similar to the characters, which include Drew, Julian, John, Sara, and Ande. All of these were great choices for my project and it showed through.

I feel I have done well on my work Because I have gotten comments on my art saying how it looks very similar to the movie poster.

Design of the magazine

When make this poster I want to make something that was interesting and compelling. I listened to my client and made what they wanted  producing this product.  I stared with making a sketch of the magazine on paper with he info they gave me. After I got the idea I moved on to making it on the commuter using illustrator. I moved vary swiftly and got it done in matter of days well before others.
